Such a shame. This coupled with the slow response of the mini-games menus, plus waaaay too much going on in the same, makes gameplay tedious and cumbersome. But the story line was just all over the place. This game follows the Heart's Medicine formula - you deliver stuff and do quite a lot of mini games. Who wants to Sparkle 2 such a negative storyline of relationship issues. The upgrades are a bit disappointing judging from the one hour of demo playing - maybe they'll pick up. There is no option to choose the difficulty level, which is disappointing, but then there is a good pace and there is always an extra task, so even as an experienced TM player I felt sufficiently challenged. I enjoy a challenge and don't mind repeating levels multiple times to get three stars but this was ridiculous! This game has a great plot, and the TM tasks for the most part are really good. Gave this one a chance even though the first was so bad I could not finish it.

Also, the extra 30 bonus levels are really difficult to get a perfect score on. That's why in my review of the first game I suggested a jewelry heist because you could investigate a series of jewelry stores where you would have customers. Obviously, the Developers either didn't take the time to read them or didn't care.

  2. In my opinion, that's where ALL 6 or more locations minus the courtroom in the game should have been. Select the color based on the color that matches the top portion of the bag. You can even replay them to earn more points for abilities like speed-up etc. Find evidence linked to the defendant to complete the minigame. If anyone ever watched the first season of the television show Castle, then you'll understand the dynamic between the two.

The studio's that shall not be named, has done an awesome job with this game, and they have created a really fun TM game! Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by Rooobeee from A very interesting and unique time management game This game was published by the same creators of the Delicious Emily series.

  4. Even Carl the Mouse is curious about this investigation, and pops up in every scene. I wasn't a fan of the precise clicking though it gets easier as you learn. Several levels have the score under the badge wrong making it impossible to achieve 3 stars and in the lab, the bags of evidence, I think they are cigarette butts and pills, do not leave the tray when you hand them to the customer.

  5. The above comments were expressed by many players when reviewing the first game in the Series. PLEASE don't waste your money Date published: Rated 1 out of 5 by sandygetz from boring and confuse this time management game doesn't cut it on level 4 it doesn't show you what to do and it's very confusing. Rated 5 out of 5 by bluecheer from Great Game You know it's a great game when you're sad that you've finished it. It is a much better game than the first one which I felt like was made for a computer with a touch screen. Your trophies and achievements can be viewed in-game by clicking the trophy icon in the upper right corner of the level select map.

  6. I like a challenge and don't expect to get 3 stars on the first try every time but I've tried every combo I could think of and I couldn't do it. Select the color based on the color that matches the top portion of the bag. The game play is the same as all of the other games published by this developer. This one is not challenging. Having said that, I feel like this game required a little more research.

Not keen on the mini games, its one of those games that you have to play to the end just to know what happens and then left hanging Date published: Rated 3 out of 5 by VimsenGrr from Buggy I have mostly given up on games like these.

  10. If you like delicious Emily games i believe you will like this one as well. Each investigator has a thought bubble with an image of his expertise, or where he wants to go. You tend to jump around often, but at the end of every chapter, you'll always come back to the precinct. I have trouble taking a game like this seriously. I understand what it was trying to do, it was suppose to end with a "ah-ha" moment at the end when you suddenly realised that all the cases were related, but the ending was so rushed and like i said you're literally jumping from one case to the next one without revisiting the previous case that it doesn't end like that at all.
