The game forces the player to remember so many details to use to take the next steps. I love Nanccy setup Nwncy the newer games like this one because it's easier to move around and great for people who may have never played one before. Who in the Legendary Mahjong came up with the beef jerky salad with caramel vinaigrette? And like all ND games you can't skip them. Requires lots of patience! It still cracks me up. I've been replaying it recently, and it has struck me how hilarious all the characters are, cracking jokes all the time - not intentionally, mind, just their metaphors are so funny! The idea of a hidden oof inside an already cryptic language is exciting too so no complaints there. I really recommend it to people who have already played a few of the ND games, maybe not the first one to try. I have saved the game, Scopa from Phantom and play it often. Queeen few of the characters were a bit one dimensional in my opinion and the story had a few holes in Solitaire Match 2 Cards Valentines Day. I have a hard time finding something to fill the lapses between ND releases that has the same level of quality and satisfaction!! I felt like I could almost touch the temples Violett.

The 'in game' game proved to be rather addictive, and you can pretty much play it whenever you want. All in all, a fantastic Nancy Drew. All in all, one of my favorite ND games yet. I loved the soundtrack as well, it went perfectly with the game and was unpredictable, so you couldn't rely on it to predict what was going to happen, what with all those accidents around. And like all ND games you can't skip them. A great balance of detective work, puzzles and character interaction, with plenty of Egyptology thrown in. You can't see what they are until you are finished so if you want to know what to find, look it up online. Hotchkiss, a legend of ND games! Like "The Deadly Device", the characters were wonderful to interact with, although I wish I would have come up with the 'Insanus Totalus' line. It never fails to surprise me no matter how many times I play it.

It took me a little while to figure out the game so before I could finish it some other game came out. As always, there are many puzzles, lots of hieroglyphs to decipher which, actually are "skippable" - you can automatically "solve" them, if you are totally fed up and lots of clues to pick up from different people. I enjoyed having Hotchkiss as a phone friend like in The Crystal Skull , but this was the best of the two because there was more dialogue and there was more character development for Hotchkiss. ND games have always been pretty good at lip synching the characters, and this one is even better, a great touch.

Being a fan of Ancient Egypt the hieroglyphic puzzles were right up my ally. Helpfully, you don't have to make as many notes in this one, as Nancy seems to have finally decided to use her journal more, and you have the phone on your camera to help you too. The puzzles were fun. Loved the Sennett game here and intended to go back to it frequently but, either I am the best Sennett player in the world or the game is rigged for me to win. As with most ND games, I find the scenery to be a bit limiting and should be more interactive. I've been replaying it recently, and it has struck me how hilarious all the characters are, cracking jokes all the time - not intentionally, mind, just their metaphors are so funny! Drew There is something quite frightening about being km from any sort of wacky neighbor, but here she is, in the desert with a bunch of people she does not know. If you pick amateur mode, the puzzles are slightly easier, you get a fuller task list and can get hints by phone in game. The artwork is superb, the characters and dialogue are well-drawn, too, and the actors' voices were excellent. I love playing the Nancy Drew games because they are games that take time and aren't over in one day. The best one, of course, is prof. The graphics are unbelievably fantastic. So it's the usual set up, Nancy is sent off on assignment, and lo and behold, trouble seems to have followed her again never go on holiday with this girl!

The only nitpicking I'm doing is that I think ND games should be fullscreen and not have black bars down the side which is why I'm taking a point away. Love it! This game seduced me with its gorgeous graphics and lovely music. Bringing Sonny Joon into the story was also a great tease. The puzzles are all fitting, and all have a logical reason for being in the game. It reminds me of the strategy games of many many years ago.   2. Some glitches though and things I wished they had fixed. It still cracks me up. However, the game itself is a good Nancy Drew mystery. The best adventure games out there, imho. Exploring the tomb is is the best part of the game, discover ancient Egyptian secrets, solve puzzles about Egyptian Gods and Goddesses.

  4. Worth the money. Other than that I love this game. The tomb was creepy and intriguing. A great balance of detective work, puzzles and character interaction, with plenty of Egyptology thrown in. The plot moves along without many slow spots or slumps, and I loved the setting.

No matter if the person you are talking to is a good guy or a bad guy, you get boat loads of historical facts on ancient Egypt, the hieroglyphs, and yes The game forces the player to remember so many details to use to take the next steps.

  11. In this game, Nancy has to figure out who attacked Jon Boyle and whether the mysterious tomb is really the one where legendary queen Nefertari is buried. The graphics are unbelievably fantastic. Being a fan of Ancient Egypt the hieroglyphic puzzles were right up my ally. Any Lara fans out there might recognise one of the puzzles.
