The oysters were fresh and of good size. I also tried them, very yummy. The Bloody Mary was to die for and garnished with a big ole shrimp. We arrived a little bit passed 2 pm so no crowd or seating wait. Even happier to find a place that understands hospitality with a great bartender, AnnMarie!

The crab cakes were plated on top of a mustard drizzle that I imagine was intended as the source of flavor, because the cakes themselves lacked any. Loaded with Lobster! Really enjoyed them and would come in just for that But only during months with an "R" in it. Had the grilled trout. It was my mother's birthday and she really wanted the lobster risotto. My husband went all in on the 3-taco plate, but those suckers were enormous so he ate the two crispy oyster tacos and left the crispy shrimp behind. Pun intended. It is worth it! We also ordered some appetizers. Thick, rich, full of clams and not too may potatoes. I went ahead and ordered a dozen oysters which was a good decision for sure. I ordered the Lobster Roll. My husband's burger was good. I will repeat when I am in town Great happy hour and drink specials.

I want to say the only reason this is getting 5 stars is because of the service. Felt like the lights could have been dimmed more for softer lighting. My lunch was the Frided Shrimp platter with Brussel Sprouts. After dinner stroll down to the bay and watch the sunset on the sailboats. My wife then assumed my son ordered one of the two servings and put one fritter from the second batch into the first one sitting in front of my son. Celebrated my mama's 76th Birthday here! It is a little bit of a drive from the lake area but it was worth it. That wasn't the point! While on the road it can be a rare treat to find a delicious meal. It's a better deal price wise! Buddy said that the burger was good, son enjoyed his fried oyster platter and my shrimp platter was also good We are so offended by his treatment that we are still recoiling. This was really good and the presentation was awesome. I just had a great time here last night.

  1. The Shrimp was also really good although slightly briney. Had a dozen raw oysters for their happy hour special and great bar service. The background music playing was 80's rock.

  2. Also had the Tuna Burger and it was top notch. Only problem was that there were too many carrots for me and I could have done with more tomatoes but all in all it was a good, filling salad. The Cajun rice was a lot of tomato base and spicy. Not to mention the food that we ordered was off the chart!

  3. Even happier to find a place that understands hospitality with a great bartender, AnnMarie! Quonsets were a new one for me, and I thought they were spectacular - super salty but with a clean sweet finish. But they make them in house and have a mildly sweet Cajun seasoning on them. The Cajun rice was a lot of tomato base and spicy. F this fu, you are fing horrible on and on.

  4. Best fried shrimp The Cajun rice was a lot of tomato base and spicy. They could not do their fried shrimp any better at the point of a bayonet. I bucked with tradition the fried oyster dinner and instead had the crab cake appetizer as my main, with a plate of crispy fried Brussels because I am on a personal mission to order Brussels at any venue at which they are offered.

  5. It was awesome. I want to say the only reason this is getting 5 stars is because of the service. A gem, if you will. It's a better deal price wise! It is a little bit of a drive from the lake area but it was worth it.

  6. There was a good amount of crab and shrimp in this. The corn fritters were delicious. There are tables too of that's your thing. Overall pretty solid seafood,,,,, Service Good service as I would expect so early in the day. The crab cakes were plated on top of a mustard drizzle that I imagine was intended as the source of flavor, because the cakes themselves lacked any.

  7. My meal at Pearlz was perfect! You didn't have to hunt for the seafood like in other salads I've had. That said, it was more attention for us and when next in town I will be back. For the sixth year running, I sniffed but did not try whatever that vinegary lookin' dipping liquid is.
