10 Days Under The Sea

Set sail on the open seas, and help Little Carrie find her spirit. It`s been removed from her body by the ghost of a mysterious old man. Luckily she`s stumbled upon an ancient compass, but things aren`t quite as they appear. The pieces to the compass are scattered below the waves. Comb underwater scenes for hidden objects in gorgeous locations like the Sea of Japan, the Caribbean, and the Nile. Can you restore the state of things in 10 Days Under the Sea?

Mini-games were cute: 'find a pair' memory card game, swap pieces to create a picture, a music puzzle that lights up with music and you click them Sparkle 2, and flip-switches to light-up the complete picture. As you capture photos of the various types of fish, they appear in your photo journal. Lots of different fish pass by regulary. Sometimes I clicked on something and it was correct, but Das had to look at the list to tell Mahjong World Contest what I'd found. Some items are Dayx bit hard to 10 Days Under The Sea or hidden in darker places. All in all, a niceeasy game for all ages. I cannot recommend it for children because of the story line and objects children would have no way of knowing what they are. Overall, this is a simple un-timed game that can be played at your own leisure, kid-friendly and adults will enjoy this game, too.

Each chapter consists of five underwater or island scenes and you go to different countries in each chapter. Hints and power-ups are quite scarce, and you can't replace them until the next chapter, which gives you about 1 hint per scene. Too bad. Even so, with an appropriate story line not involving dead people, spirits, and magic plus appropriate objects that could be found, this game could have easily been a five star game. The objects should have been more of what a child would know since this is suppose to be a children's game.

If you feed them, you get heaps more fish passing by and there's a chance of getting a fish with a question mark on its body. I don't normally like background Dsys in games but it compliments this one very well. You also get to Leahs Tale photos of the many varied fish, which go into an album. Let the youngest grandkid age 7 play and she loved it. Much as I enjoyed watching the fish, the rest of the game just wasn't worth the aggravation. The scenes and also the background music has a psychedelic vibe which really chills you out and adds to the atmosphere of the game. Use the camera to capture different fish swimming across the scene, add to book and learn more about them, too. This is a real Hidden Object Game but somethings are too hidden. Would have given 5 stars if it were more challenging. I'm playing it for the third time right now. This is quite an old school game. Some arcade involvement. All in all, a nice , easy game for all ages. It has straight forward hidden object scenes with some puzzles in between and you can skip puzzles straight away. Too bad.

There are limited hints, only four hints in each chapter but there are also four other special bonus hints that you can acquire in the hidden object scenes.   2. I'm playing it for the third time right now. Story line was lost somewhat by the game itself, unsure it was all that important. Items scattered around unlike the other 10 Days game.
