The graphics are well done, and I thought the Hidden Object Scenes and Mini Games were very well constructed, although I do think they went overboard with the puzzles where, moving one affects others, which to me are frustrating. It has a lot of fool with it puzzles that I don't like but it does have in custom selection Zero wait for hints and skip that I really liked. The last puzzle in the demo was impossible for me to solve, so I skipped it! Echoing background sounds are coupled with highlights and dark shadows. I did find too many of the puzzles to be the frustrating kind, throughout the game, the kind where clicking on one, affects several others. The game takes place in London England. The hand-drawn artwork used to create the characters is excellent and with good voiceovers the characters seem life like. She uses Disharmony Blocks II special talents to see what happened in the past. In spite of some of its shortcomings Fright from the Past is a good police mystery game and is worth playing and it is one that I recommend.
