Not a good "subtraction," since it is always nice to be able to see at least some of the cutscenes again. So I will just let you figure out for yourself what I mean. Let's wait the next one! The Map even tells you whether an action is available and, if so, at what location. Items in red text need extra steps to find or assemble them. There are 34 morphing objects to find in story scenes. It kept me so busy all the time that I had forgotten the real story and for what I was looking for!!! Hints are unlimited in story scenes. It is also not as "dark" as I called the first game in the series. In hidden object scenes, items to find are listed across the bottom of the screen. I have played this twice now and enjoyed it equally each time. Great gaming. I definitely recommend this game. There are 2 levels of difficulty to choose from, an interactive map that shows locations where tasks need to be completed. If you liked the first game in this series or you are a fan of heavenly experiences with supernatural elements thrown in, you may like this game. What's more, you can actually turn off any of these features showing Beyond Objects and Available Actions on the Map itself. Found items are stored in the Inventory at the bottom of the screen. There are lots of interactive hidden object scenes, with fewer puzzles but these are fun and not too challenging. Click the Map at the bottom right to see your current location, tasks needed at other locations - and click a location to move there quickly. My family had lost me for hours. Date published:

In mini-games the instructions are displayed across the bottom of the screen. Like the first game, even though it is a Collector's Edition, it does not have any of those pesky Achievements that serve to only distract the players from the storyline and the gameplay. The graphics are very clear, even in darker scenes, the artwork in the scenes is lovely and the voice overs, sound effects and music are excellent. I use to own this game on a compilation of games disc but I gave it away so I repurchased it here on Big Fish and I'm so glad I did. But I couldn't help but feel that the developers forgot who the real villain was in the first game. There are very clear HOS, and some are interactive. There is a clever map which helps you move quickly to the different parts. In fact, it can actually be quite touching and heart-warming in so many ways. While there you come upon other lost souls whom you help in order to be free. It is a long game with a challenging bonus chapter short but as good as the main game.

  1. I loved that it had a story and great graphics and games. As you find useful items and solve puzzles, you'll reverse the tragedy of untimely deaths, mend broken fences between friends and, in one emotionally gripping chapter, bring back together a husband and wife who have been separated for thousands of years. Offering a richly layered and compelling hidden object experience, Sacra Terra: Kiss of Death Collector's Edition is an adventure you'll never forget! Even the bonus game was good.

  2. I was 60 seconds from the end and the game thought I had picked up a necessary item but it wouldn't let me have it and I had to completely start the game over. What's probably the best feature, however, which was not available at all in the first game, is that we have a MAP! The Journal at the bottom left of the screen has story updates and clues. As in the first game again, the Hint can also guide you in the game itself, not just in the HO scenes. Even the bonus game was good.

  3. But I noted only two such puzzles, which some folks might find frustrating. This is a great series, and this one lives up to the genre.. It also gives you a total of such objects we have found.

  4. The storyline is strong and ingteresting, especially if you enjoy "heaven and hell" themes! There is a journal and a map that is interactive and tells you available tasks. Look at this often. In the first game, finding all these objects unlocked the Videos on the Main Menu, allowing you to see all the cutscenes in the game. In mini-games the instructions are displayed across the bottom of the screen.

  5. I also liked that even tho there was a bit of back and forth between areas it wasn't all finding one thing and then running off to find another, a lot of the things you find are used right away in the room where they are found. There were HOS but not too many and they were well done. The hint button works well too, it actually gives a real clue as to what to do next not just a "there's nothing to do here". Buy it.

  9. There were HOS but not too many and they were well done. Happy gaming gamers!! This is a great game. Completing a hidden object scene or puzzle earns more objects for your inventory. It does have the Beyond morphing Objects but, as in the first game, they are so easy to find - there is one in every location and all you have to do is move your cursor around the screen to find that clutching hand which indicates either something you can pick up for your inventory OR the Beyond Object.

  10. But I couldn't help but feel that the developers forgot who the real villain was in the first game. This is a great game. The Map even tells you whether an action is available and, if so, at what location.
