Santa Claus is giving you 120 unique mosaics made of various materials: wood, cloth, paper, stone, metal, glass and precious stones.

There are 6 different halls 20 games each with each hall using different materials cloth, wood, marble, etc. I don't mind because the starting pieces and those on offer change each time, so it doesn't get boring. Don't worry though, this game has a Relaxed mode, and it's just as much fun when you're not racing against the clock. Its a buy for me. In the sample I played I tried to move ahead to another level to see if I could find something challenging, but it asked me to buy more coins. Such originality! Conclusion: the second group of puzzles is no different in character from the first group. Each seems prettier than the next. This puzzle and those like it, to me, are ugly and cheap looking. I love this kind of game where you are given about 8 puzzle fragments at any given time, and you must place them correctly while the clock is ticking. Great hand saver.

Also, the way the pictures were cut up added to my interest. After playing a few pictures, I did agree with lillfive, but I decided that I would try to move ahead to the next level to see if the pictures got better. Sometimes I just want simple fun ala Patchworkz style puzzle. Each seems prettier than the next. It seems as though the developer, also 8Floor Ltd, suddenly remembered that they needed to make a Christmas puzzle and didn't have the time to do it properly. Still, I had a good time. So, instead, they took old photos and randomly cut them apart. The real problem is that this developer 8th floor does use lousy pictures sometimes which is why I almost never buy their jigsaw puzzles. You will earn 1 star which are actually keys if you fully assemble the puzzle, a second star if you make no mistakes, and a third star if you complete the puzzle within the allotted time. Great hand saver. I wish 8 Floor, the developers of this game, would Slingshot Puzzle Christmas Mosaic Puzzle each year. Each seems prettier than the next. By the way, it doesn't really require payment, but I Mossaic to go back and play some pictures over so that I earned three more stars to progress. Merry Christmas to me! They used to be beautiful, with some pieces looking like wood, or stained glass or stone, and now it's just take a real picture, cut it into pieces, slap on a polka dot background and call it a day. I remember when these games were first introduced, they didn't have a relaxed mode, and sometimes when it's a hustle and bustle kind of day, so it's nice to just kick back and relax now and then! You could click on it, then place and release. Still, go in with an open mind, You might like it.

In fairness, I keep my screen darker than most to avoid eye strain and I have a large, great quality device; however, when playing these games, I increase the brightness substantially. There is a hint option, which I don't like to use, so I often have to restart to get all my stars. So, though I am buying with a free coupon , I am having to hope that the rest of the game's pictures are in the same ratio of attractive to unattractive as the first level's. To earn 3 stars you must finish the puzzle without any mistakes and within the allotted time. Date published: Rated 4 out of 5 by kukutoo from Great til you get to level 81 and it stops working I am playing on a MAC and have found 3 other players in support also MAC who get to level 81 and it won't play correctly. Or semi photos -- different photos pasted together into some sort of picture, sometimes with some artwork thrown in for example, mantlepiece details.

I don't listen to the music and don't care about story lines.
