The gameplay definitely could not save Spirits of Mystery: The Lost Queen from being a major disappointment, even by the low standards we had set for this series. Playing through Spirits of Mystery: The Lost Queen felt more like a chore than a fun and relaxing time. Plot: Spirit wolves seek revenge I feel like I wasted good money on this game. Storyline Character: you are a princess They weren't What I got to play I liked. I don't recommend this game and will be deleting the demo. The instrument against the forest spirits is a magic ring, which is now yours. I did NOT mind not having to listen to yet another "tale" from the Nanny - yay! I'll let you discover that for yourself. HOPs are variable, puzzles not too challenging and we have lanterns as collectables and wolf paws as morphs, The story is not new at all.

I can't recommend someone else buy this game strictly on it's length. The main plot is dull, the pace is slow, the backstory is underdeveloped, and the characters come with poorly-written dialogs and zero memorable characteristics. To us, the Spirits of Mystery franchise has long been dead. I was wrong. Also, I don't like games that end abruptly and this one did. Also, this has to be the sequel that features some of the least exciting scene designs. It is stressful and I don't need to be challenged to death My advice is wait for the non-collector version or skip it. I thought they were clear and I liked the colors. The story is secondary to gameplay for me and didn't bother me in this game one way or another. But for those of us, who have purchased over games, this is a little tedious. I did NOT mind not having to listen to yet another "tale" from the Nanny - yay! There were two slightly annoying mini-games in the bonus chapter, a match three style game and a change all the tokens to one design style game.

Devs need to back up and take a look at what we like and the value we get for our money. Morphing paws were fairly difficult to find, and there Myster:y lanterns to be LLost that made their way to a magical tree where you could read their descriptions. Mysteery: you had to find pieces of something and reconstruct it which happened several times a blue outline showed where the current piece went so you didn't even have to figure that out. Whole parts were missing. Wait till it's a Insider Tales: Stolen Venus before buying with a free game code.


After the demo, there is very little game left. There is no way that this is CE worthy Some developers are just putting out games just to put them out and don't care about quality.   2. First off let me say that I am a fan of the Spirits of Mystery games but the last two were a bit , no, quite a bit different. The game is short and for the most part the princess does quite well in saving her parents and kingdom as well as getting back the true heir to another kingdom. I enjoyed the mini game with discs of varying colors that needed to be matched up according to whatever color you started with.

  3. The puzzles were easy enough for me to solve on my own without hints and I was having so much fun and then suddenly it was over! You let in the worst enemy! It just abruptly stopped without finishing the story line. I have every one Colors were bright and sound was great.
