However, I would recommend this game for beginners, or someone who is looking for an easy breezy game to relax and enjoy! The graphics were not up to par and the music is annoying. As you play the one-hundred puzzles within this game, you will earn points Mystery Mosaics will be used to purchase buildings and other items for this new town. Other reviewers will do a fine job of explaining these parameters.

Extras include a hand to fill in squares and a hammer to fill in empty squares. You can earn up to 3 mistakes before you have to replay a level. On the bright side, at least they are puzzles that are solved by logic, not guessing like so many other games offered. Love the music.. You can't tell the difference. I really like these kinds of games and this one had good graphics and a somewhat interesting storyline. I really enjoy these puzzles. I'll be honest, I only play the Fill-A-Pix I think it's called in which you fill in a picture by coloring in the number of filled in boxes that are supposed to be in a 3x3 grid. The puzzles are relaxing, not too challenging. Pictures are clear you can make out what they are Music fits. Grab your hard hats and put your brains in gear in this excellent 5-star nonogram game. Stars are awarded as to number of errors you make in completing the puzzle. Also, the squares are much smaller than they need to be -- I'm running this game in fullscreen mode but there's a lot of unused real estate. For me personally, this game didn't impress me enough to want to buy it, therefor it doesn't constitute a 5 star rating. I enjoyed my hour solving the grids, and it was a good game, I'm sure it will receive many 5 star ratings, but I want a little more of a challenge. I only recommend if you know that you like these kinds of puzzles. The grids in this game will vary in size. That made it hard to distinguish whether a square was marked off or not. Highly recommended. Much better than building the houses. Using those numbers, you fill in blocks on the graph and, when finished, create a picture.

Definitely worth running through the demo, it was very simple initially, but got more complex quickly. If that's all you want to play in this game, then you're likely better off looking at a game which specializes only in that like Mystery Mosaics as other reviewers have said. The background is a pale pink and the colors for the filled tiles range from light to dark. If this doesn't bother you, then you'll likely enjoy this game, especially with a free game code or on sale! On the bright side, at least they are puzzles that are solved by logic, not guessing like so many other games offered. Sudoku arranges the numbers 1 thru 9 in a pattern where none of these numbers can be repeated in the same row either horizontally or vertically. The pictures do make sense, and the colors are different enough to give them depth, but they aren't all that appealing at times. Try the demo and see. The game is Good, But In Mystery Mosaic 2 the result of completing a group of 10 puzzles involves the rebuild of the City of the Ancients.   2. The game starts with Player 1 already set up, so if you want to play under your own name, you have to go change the existing player. Don't let the low star rating fool you. The graphics are hand drawn, but basic, and there are only 3 colors available, at least within the demo, perhaps more colors are added as you progress. Mystery Mosaics 2 offers different levels of various sized grids, and there are 18 Achievement Trophies to earn as well.

  3. I love these kinds of games. Plus, if I'd had to enter a new name, it would have saved the old game even if I started over! However, if you enjoy logic puzzles, want to twist your brain a bit and try something new, I highly recommend this game.

  5. There is no "Are you sure, all progress will be lost" warning, it just starts over immediately with the very first puzzle. If you like standard grid puzzles, then you will enjoy this game but there is no "wow" factor to playing it. Points are earned based on the time to solve the puzzle, the mistakes made, and the stars awarded. The puzzles are relaxing, not too challenging.

I LOVE this genre of gaming! I love grid puzzles, especially the Fantasy Mosaics series, and this one is alright, but compared to others, not great.

Starts off as if everyone is a child rather than getting right into the game with minimum instruction. Highly recommended.

  13. Sadly I don't see another of this sort. This is not that obvious which I feel is another strike against the game. Unlike other games of the genre, there are only three colors per puzzle; however, you can switch between colors.
