This is how I always envisioned HOPs being, not just a collection of meaningless junk piles. That isn't the most important thing for me in a game, but it's a wonderful detail that I really appreciate. This game makes HOS what they should be: no junk piles in the corners of scenes. I looked forward to the HOP's for the first time in several years folks! In the last few years, there has been a tendency to label puzzle games as HOGs yet the game-play emphasis was certainly not on hidden objects. These are beautiful scenes, creative scenes, entertaining scenes, and above all, they have items that are at times, crazy-hard to spot! At least through the demo, the story does not progress much. Solution I1. Every original HOP has puzzles to solve and every original scene has a Hidden Owl Heads-up: don't forget to look for the collectible Owl as well on the scene where you collect 12 Owls Towards the end of the game, some scenes are repeated because of a reinfestation. They're not always easy. I love the incorporation of puzzles in HOP scenes, which is something that has become more and more common in these games, and I'm glad to see so much of it in this one.
