There are still animated wild creatures in the landscape, and I liked the addition of the sorcery angle. The concept is the same, but you really, really have to work for perfect, and I've reached a point in level something where I'm just trying to pass so I can move on. I loved playing this game. I have the first Northern Tale and, I must say, this one is even better! What I did not like is the new 20 item max on the resources collected such as food or gold ; you have to build a warehouse to store up to 25 items, then upgrade it to get to I had really good fun. I found the new warehouse mechanic a bit tedious but other than that it's a great time management game. The story and characters were cute. This one will keep you playing for many hours, whether or not you try to achieve three stars you can still play in untimed mode. The graphics are fun and the levels challenging. I immediately bought it when I saw it. You can click ahead so you don't have to wait. Players used to the original Northern Tale will find this sequel fairly easy to master. There are the usual TM tasks of collecting food and gathering resources of gold and lumber. I rarely pay attention to the "story" behind the levels but found myself charging ahead to see how it all ended. It ran smoothly. The graphics are fabulous and the challenge is just enough to keep you interested. All of these people are necessary to complete most of the puzzles. In casual mode you don't need much strategy, just clear the roads and finish the tasks. This was a great game, and the difficulty level has certainly been increased. I bought it with my Funpass coupon as soon as the game came out, which I did with the first Northern Tale as well. So what's left to do?

This is a very challenging game and without the generous help on the forums some levels would have been impossible for me. It certainly seems to have fooled other reviewers. Well worth the money if you enjoy this type of time management game. Northern Tale 2 are 3 different modes of difficulty, normal, multi- click and relaxed without timer. The concept is the same, but you really, really have to work Norhhern perfect, and I've reached a point in level something where I'm just trying to pass so I can move on. I immediately bought it when I saw it. I have the first Northern Tale and, I must say, this one is even better! A real keeper, this one! Some of them I played dozens of times. Nofthern you thought they couldn't make the Alicia Quatermain & The Stone of Fate Collectors Edition Tale game better, you would be wrong! But in this case, you also have a large number of evil beings left over from the witch, including slugs, ghosts, skeletons, and the like. But I would still recommend it to any Northern Tale 2 Tale fan!

Enjoyed every aspect. The option to be in the relaxed mode is great as I don't like to be under the clock to progress through the game. The graphics are fantastic and lifelike. I also liked the tidbits of information they give you about the Vikings such as the surprising fact that Vikings were the only one's who bathed everyone else thought it was unhealthy! This one will keep you playing for many hours, whether or not you try to achieve Disharmony Blocks II stars you can still play in untimed mode. The graphics are fantastic and lifelike. I keep trying until I reach gold on Multiclick setting. The three different play modes lets you play Norghern to what mood you're in. In my opinion, better than the first game and THAT was really good! The Norther and characters were cute. So now, you have to restore everything.
